Job Description

Indian River Central School District has an ongoing need for Substitute Teachers.  Teacher Certification is preferred but not necessary.  Unofficial college transcripts are accepted and are required to qualify. 

Job Qualifications
  • Must have at least 60 college credits
  • Willingness to work with different learning styles and diverse learning needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, collaborative, hardworking and nurturing
  • Good team player
  • Able to develop a positive rapport with students, faculty, and parents
  • Able to manage several students and projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment
